Tomorrow we will be beginning the first day of the GAPS Intro Diet. I have prepared bone broth, chicken, and root veggies for our meals.
It’s not too different from our normal diet as we have been gluten free for almost two years, but, we will be going off sugar and chocolate as well.
The first few stages of the GAPS intro diet are completely sugar free, so there will be no fruit even. I know I have an addiction to sugar, so I can imagine this will be difficult.
We also often depend on processed foods, like chips and sausages for our immediate hunger needs. Oh, man, I don’t think I’m ready.

Great to meet someone just starting out of their GAPS journey More and more people are doing this diet as people share their experiences and successes. I have been on the diet for nearly 2 years so I guess you could call me a GAPS Veteran! It has changed my life so much and has healed (and continues to heal) my malfunctioning body. I hope it helps you reach your health potential. Good luck!
