This day was a bit of a fail.  I had prepared all this food but failed to separate it into lunches so my man didn’t take lunch.  We made this commitment to follow this diet plan so he didn’t eat all day.  We both made it through the day without cheating.  Dinner was spectacular.  I didn’t have a chance to take a picture because we downed it so quickly.  I will list my recipes below.

Rub with spice blend (cayenne, salt, pepper)
Chicken in crockpot
Onions quartered
Carrots chunked
Save the ends and skins of veg
Crockpot until juices run clear, 1 1/2-2 hours
Cool chicken and take the meat off the bones.

Chicken broth
Chicken carcass and fat back in crockpot
Ends of veg in crockpot
4 T cider vinegar
Crockpot for upto 24 hours or until bones are soft.

Kale deboned
In covered pan with 1/4 cup of broth and 1 T coconut oil
When kale is soft, add 3-6 cloves crushed garlic
Cook uncovered until garlic is incorporated.

Serve everything together. Chicken with onions and carrots, broth, and kale.
